Moving Floor Ice Bin

The Ice Max Moving Floor Ice Bin is for ice plants whose production exceeds what a gravity fed bin or other smaller bins can handle.

Standard: 7′ 6″ wide (overall width including drives is 9′ 7″) x 12′ 3″ High
6 Ton: Overall Length 14′ 3″
10 Ton: Overall Length 16′ 4″

Construction:
1/2″ UHMW Floor.
1/2″ HDPE on sides and back.
Exterior sides, floor and front to be reinforced with galvanized purlins.
9″ bin discharge screw, stainless steel. U-trough full pitch screw, open end discharge, #226 style hanger with UHMW bearing at the discharge end.
Four stainless steel floor chains with stainless steel bars.
Three stainless steel vertical rake chains with stainless rakes.
Bin is mounted on 3′ legs with feet to allow discharge height for BL style bagger.
Three separate drives for floor, rake, and screw.
Two Lexan viewing windows at the discharge end.

Control Panel with the following standard.

• Autorun mode with discharge switch
